THE CHALET
With its 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, the chalet is comfortable for 8 adults or two families with children, for a maximum of 9 people.
Featuring heated concrete floors, towel warmers, a bathtub and shower with a view, a barrel sauna and an outdoor shower, every detail of this stunning retreat has been meticulously designed to create a peaceful and restorative experience for guests, whether they visit in winter or summer. A cozy wooden nest on a vast and intimate land.
MONT EDOUARD
Mont Edouard (2 min. from the chalet) is a ski resort for professionals and amateurs alike. Its 450m vertical drop makes it one of the highest skiable mountains in Quebec. A huge 200-acre off-piste ski area (haute route) is one of the most developed in Quebec.
For cross-country skiers, a 10km network of trails for both classic and skate skiing meanders through the surrounding forests. A haven of tranquility. Fatbike and snowshoe trails are also available. All just a stone's throw from the chalet!
In summer, the mountain is transformed into a center for mountain biking, fat biking and hiking. A supervised swimming pool is also available for cooling off.
L'ANSE-SAINT-JEAN
Village-Relais, member of the association of the most beautiful villages in Quebec, L'Anse-Saint-Jean often has a heartwarming effect on its visitors. Nestled in a natural wonderland, this region is a true haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wealth of activities for all four seasons. The area of the Fjord (15 min. from the chalet) is developed around the dock and marina, and offers a beach, kayak rental, cruises, cafes and shops, a covered bridge, hiking trails, etc.
For lovers of fine and local products, a visit to the microbrewery and bistro La Chasse-Pinte, the coffee roastery Nuances de Grains, the kiosk of the Ferme d'en Haut and the Kao Chocolaterie in the village is a must stop!
